Ryusei had been sure he hadn't landed on Kengo's body, but maybe someone suddenly falling, causing a shift in the elevation of the bed wasn't conducive to the dizziness, or whatever it was. Not to speak of the normal shock someone got when someone started falling, as Ryusei well knew.
"H-here..." He held out the water bottle—anticlimactically, he thought, after his fall, but it couldn't be helped. Horuwankov was circling his feet, he thought it sounded apologetic, so Ryusei picked it up and put it on the bed by Kengo.
